Are SBF flats not the same as BTO flats except they haven already been built?? And for some units HDB already accepted 20% deposit but some couples backed out, and HDB has the gall to charge us 10% more than BTO claiming its market rate. Like WTF our public housing system has to be the biggest scam how are people not seeing the problems? Housing is supposed to be affordable and yet everytime there's some hidden fee here and there, I'm so sick of this. BTO failed 8 times already and SBF also cmi queue number, resale is way too expensive unless we take lease decay units which equals to us throwing money into fire. I am damn done. Enjoy the roof over your heads because some of us don't get any and that's the REALITY.
