Redoing your work over and over again due to your autistic MANAGER giving you wrong, incomplete, inaccurate, mixed-up information and documents almost every day. Bad and vague communication. Dishonest. Access to your inbox and mark your email as read, making you miss out emails. His forgetfulness and lack of work experience also made him miss out jobs and his own emails. Documents are always lost in his office. The boss kept giving him chances with the expend of other colleagues to do our work all over again, searching for lost documents on his table, chasing for things he always missed out. His table is always filled with many soiled tissue papers with his mucus, exactly like what you see in a commercial or drama. Unhygienic and disgusting. His bad reputation, even part-timer is aware. He walks with his hands in front of his chest instead of swinging naturally by the side of your body. He walks like he's rushing for something (Kan Cheong). When he's going to the toilet and the boss is around, he would walk a big round, off the way to avoid being seen by the boss. He is so blur that he accidentally sent me his ChatGPT log. It contains questions like, he is stress with work, he had suicidal thoughts, he is honest and have to take over people's work because of their mistakes (LOL this fellow. It should be the other way around), he had sex with a prostitute and got caught by his wife etc... He vapes. He is a relative to the boss. This manager has been working here for almost 10 years. A toxic tomboy colleague always using offensive and aggressive tones on other people. Ordering people around to take documents. Lazy pig. She likes to do unnecessary extra work. Instead of spending time on the above, she should spend more time verifying her own work. She has no work experience yet she's acting like a boss. Coincidentally, both of them are always blowing their noses with the sound of mucus and slime. This is an unpleasant working environment. Most of the above were mentioned to the boss and she is aware most of it before I told her. That's why she is always scolding and shouting at them in front of everyone in the office. ''No system'' is a common word used by other OK colleagues to describe the condition here. Despite the on-going wrongs, they don't feel embarrassed or guilty at all, and people have do extra work because of their mistakes. There're less than 10 people in the office. You can feel the vibe in the office is very negative. Turnover rate here is extremely high. I've witnessed people who came to work for only 2 days, 2 weeks, 3, 6, 10 & 11 months. I've left the company long ago.
