Felt like messaging hostel admissions to appeal for a stay on campus is so useless. They just responds with PR response and are so not empathetic towards my situation of appealing for a hostel stay in NUS. Really felt like they are responding to me to meet their KPI of replying messages.. NUS you can do better.
