which one would you choose?

I don't think one is better than the other and it's a matter of personal preference. My HFT recruiter was telling me the same thing when I had to make a similar decision. So a poll like this might not really help you in any way. I think it's more important to ask yourself what you are looking for in a career, and what you are passionate about. If you love doing low-level systems programming stuff (OS, networking), then go for jump because you will turn up to work everyday feeling excited since they have a lot of interesting work in that area. But if you enjoy SWE and building products that people actually use, then go for big tech. The higher compensation at jump shouldn't sway you because if you choose to do what you are passionate about and you will naturally get a higher compensation/go further along in your career than if you choose to do something you don't like
