Hi, I am a fresh graduate in Singapore and have 2 offers on hand. 1) DevOps by Tencent 2) Backend Developer by Alibaba. Total Compensation is roughly the same for both offers but Tencent total package is only slightly higher but the RSUs portion of Alibaba package is slightly higher compared to its base salary. In future, I highly see myself switching to a leadership/ management and not continue in the similar technical coding role. Which offer should I choose?
